Observations of the National Human Rights Commission before the ECtHR on the case “International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) and European Council for Refugees and Exiles (ECRE) v. Greece”
The Greek National Commission for Human Rights (GNCHR) submitted on April 2025 its observations before the European Committee of Social Rights (ECSR) on the case of collective application no. 173/2018 “International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) and European Council for Refugees and Exiles (ECRE) v. Greece” in the context of the follow-up procedure of the case and on the basis of the 7th National Report to the Council of Europe in the context of the Revised European Social Charter. The Observations of the GNCHR were recently made public by the ECSR.
