The GNCHR at the hearing of the National Bioethics and Technoethics Commission on the “Charter of Digital Rights of Children”

The GNCHR participated in the hearing of the National Bioethics and Technoethics Commission on the “Charter of Digital Rights of Children” on Monday, April 28, 2025.

The GNCHR was represented by the Human Rights Advisor, Dr. Christos Tsevas.

The positions of the GNCHR on the rights of the child and proposals were developed based on the digital rights of the child, the obligations of the state and the private sector and the interconnection of the Charter with international and European legal texts and relevant policies.
